ABOUT US
Our foundation was founded by Chris and Lynne Hammond in the middle of Chris' Major League Baseball career. The organization was founded for the purpose of making a positive impact in the lives of underprivileged youth by providing resources toward safe and adequately equipped spaces for sports in order to instill discipline, healthy exercise habits, pride, teamwork and leadership skills.

Help youth pursue their dreams by building or maintaining recreation and athletic facilities.

We strive to spread the love of Christ by being the hands and feet of Jesus through sports we have been blessed to play!
WHAT WE DO
We raise money through live and silent auctions, celebrity golf tournaments, and online donations. We have a grant application so that we can help youth and communities in need.
OUR COMMUNITY
We have been blessed with amazing donors, volunteers, and former professional athletes that help us raise money and awareness. We are proud to support youth in need while spreading the Good News!
